This is the website we wanted to have when we got to Tbilisi for the first time.
If you are anything like us, you maybe have asked yourself some of these questions:
  • Should I invest in Georgia, and what makes most sense to buy?
  • How can I get the Georgian residency without hiring an expensive lawyer?
  • What things can I do remotely, and who can take care of my investment when I’m traveling?
  • How do I file tax, and how much tax do I have to pay for what?
  • Can and should I trust real estate agents?
  • What is black frame / white frame / green frame?

This website is made by me, Till. I’m an entrepreneur and world traveler. Much of this content is not made by me, but instead by the other people who listed flats on this site. This is why I’ll write “we” from here on.

We set up a system to buy and manage property. Much of this is documented here in tutorials and sample documents. 

But mostly, this website is for you. We aim at providing you information and guidance without a commercial background.

Why is this important?
  • We won’t sell you a 4,000 USD package to get residency, or charge 500 USD for setting up a bank account
  • We don’t get kickbacks from service providers. If we ever refer someone, then it’s because we know it’s the best
  • As we also went through the process we see the market from a (former) outsider’s perspective.
So what’s your motivation then?
There are three simple reasons for us to have invested in this website:
  • Find tenants for our properties
  • Find buyers for (some) of our properties
  • Networking. We like to share our knowledge with other investors.
